Andrew Clifton, who joined from PepsiCo, heads up a team of more than 40, including three channel controllers, a head of strategy, data analysts and regional managers.
The team has been tasked with increasing listings of First Drink’s brands in outlets across the UK.
Clifton described First Drinks as a “dynamic and successful business”.
“My time in the drinks and FMCG sectors has given me the insight and experience to launch scale innovation into the marketplace, building strong commercial relationships and delivering long-term strategic goals for both ourselves and our trade partners,” he said.
“We have a portfolio of some of the most iconic and exciting brands in the UK spirits market and the expertise, knowledge and passion of the First Drinks on-trade team is going to take the business to new heights.”
