New owner sought for Lubnaig

A STIRLINGSHIRE guest house is on the market for the first time in 21 years.

Lubnaig House in Callander was bought by the current owners in November 1990 and traded for 11 years as a small hotel before they began operating on a seasonal bed and breakfast basis for 20 weeks of the year.
Set in one acre, the Victorian house has eight en suite letting bedrooms and a 16-cover dining room; there’s also two-bedroom owner’s accommodation.
Bruce & Co’s Jayne Adamson said the property is in walk-in condition.
“The sale of Lubnaig House offers an opportunity to purchase a well established business which is trading well but has potential for expansion of the business,” she said.
