CIDER makers are looking to boost cold weather sales this Christmas with seasonal serves and products.

Swedish cider brand Rekorderlig has launched a new list of winter cocktails to promote its limited edition Winter Cider variant.
Developed in conjunction with mixologist Michael Stringer, the range includes the Winter Collins, which mixes Rekorderlig Winter Cider with gin and freshly-squeezed lemon, the Svenska Mojito, which combines the cider with spiced rum, fresh lime, mint and cranberries, and the Peppar Passionfruit, which blends Rekorderlig Winter Cider with passionfruit vodka, chambord and crushed peppercorns.
Meanwhile, British cider firm Aspall has reintroduced its limited edition Mulled Cyder to the on-trade for the festive season.
First launched in 2007, the 4.7% ABV Mulled Cyder is a blend of Aspall Draught Suffolk Cyder, apple juice and mulling spices. It is available on draught along with branded hot drinks bar glasses.
