Chance to snap up city eatery

A GLASGOW city centre restaurant unit that’s said to require minimal refurbishment by new operators is available to lease.

Located on the corner of West Regent and Wellington streets, Osteria Piero has both ground-floor and lower basement frontage with outdoor seating off West Regent Street.
Alan Creevy, director of CDLH, who is handling the sale, said the premises is an “ideal configuration for a city centre restaurant”.
“Osteria Piero was an award-winning Italian restaurant at the corner of West Regent Street and Wellington Street in the heart of Glasgow city centre’s business district,” he said. “The premises are to be let on a new lease at a nil premium with a minimum term of 15 years at an initial rent of £33,000 per annum.
“The restaurant is partly fitted and simply requires minor redecoration and refurnishing to open for trade.”
