Christmas on the menu for BBFB

BACARDI Brown-Forman Brands aims to help operators drive sales this festive season with the help of its seasonal cocktail initiative.

The drinks firm has released its annual Christmas cocktail menu, featuring suggested serves for brands in its portfolio including Bacardi, Jack Daniel’s, Bombay Sapphire and Southern Comfort.
Pre-printed menus are available from BBFB featuring drinks like the Christmas Kiss, for Martini Bianco, the Jack Daniel’s-based Frosty Jack and the Cherry Christmas, for Southern Comfort Black Cherry.
As well as a description of each serve, the menus also feature an image of the finished drink as well as an area for publicans to add their own prices.
Operators can also create their own bespoke drinks menus through the company’s Pourfection website (www.pourfection.com).
The ‘create a menu’ application allows publicans to tailor their own menus, choosing from a range of cocktail and spirit serves as well as wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks.
The application also features a number of Christmas-themed templates, as well as different design styles that publicans can use to personalise their menus. Individual bar logos and details can also be incorporated into these designs, with next-day delivery available on menus that are ordered before 2pm.
In addition to the create a menu feature, the site also includes advice on maximising cocktail visibility as well as a GP calculator for calculating incremental profits.
