The Young Restaurateur of the Year Award and the Young Scottish Hotelier of the Year Award are open to professionals under the age of 30. Individuals can either nominate themselves or be nominated by their employers.
The recipient of the restaurateur award will win a work placement with Martin Wishart while the top hotelier will win a placement with Stephen Carter of Cameron House on Loch Lomond.
“This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to learn from the very best professionals in the industry,” said Toby Wand of Scothot organiser Fresh Montgomery.
