IRISH whiskey Jameson aims to strengthen its links with the film industry through a new promotion.

The launch of the Jameson Society coincides with the return of the brand’s Cult Film Club concept, which is said to have attracted 5000 consumers to events last year.
The Jameson Society aims to bring the Cult Film Club concept to the wider on-trade through a series of bespoke, film-themed evenings taking place in bars across the UK; the events will give consumers the chance to sample Jameson.
“Bringing film-themed sampling experiences to the on-trade will encourage further trial and consideration of Jameson mixed drinks, as well as enabling licensees to offer something unique to their customers driving footfall in-bar and ultimately increasing revenue,” said Pernod Ricard’s Patrick Venning.
