New F&B manager for city Hilton


HILTON Glasgow has appointed a new food and beverage manager to run its newly-refurbished bar and restaurant areas.

Simon Magnus will oversee the new-look Connich Bar, Morblas restaurant and Ti tea lounge (see p20&21) at the William Street hotel, which celebrates 20 years later this year.
Magnus has worked in the hospitality industry for more than 16 years, most recently as restaurant manager at the Dormy Clubhouse at Gleneagles.
