PREMIUM gin brand Bombay Sapphire has introduced a new branded glass it reckons will provide consumers with ‘the ultimate G&T experience’.
The stemmed balloon glass has been designed to trap the aromas of the spirit, while the stem ensures that the liquid remains cooler for longer.
As many as 30,000 glasses are being introduced to on-trade outlets across the UK, supported by a campaign said to be worth £1.5 million.
A ‘gift with purchase’ promotion is also running in the convenience retail sector, which allows consumers to claim free glasses when they purchase a large bottle of Bombay Sapphire.
Marketing controller Sharon Reid said the glassware will provide consumers with “a heightened experience of both the brand’s taste and unique sense of style”.
