THE lease for an Aberdeenshire hotel said be ideally-placed to benefit from the new Trump International golf resort has become available.

Punch Taverns is seeking a leaseholder for the Ythan Hotel, which it intends to expand and refurbish.
The pubco reckons the business is well positioned to cash in on the tourism traffic bound for Trump’s new golf course on the Balmedie Estate along the coast.
“We are currently looking to recruit a new licensee to take on the Ythan hotel,” said Gavin Stevenson, partnership development manager at Punch Taverns.
“Ideally, the new licensee will be an experienced hotel operator.
“We are intending to invest a massive £300,000 into the hotel once we find the right partner.
“The planned refurbishment will transform the Ythan into a boutique country style hotel and will create an extra five en suite bedrooms, taking the amount of en suite bedrooms up to eleven in total after the investment.
“One of the major benefits of the hotel is its location, as it is within close proximity to Aberdeen and is one of the closest hotels to the new Donald Trump golf resort.
“The hotel also has a fantastic function room and garden area suitable to host weddings and events.”
Interested parties are being invited to call Punch selection co-ordinator Sandi Bellinger on 0844 8483264 or visit www.punchpubs.co.uk.
