Perthshire hotel on the market

A PERTHSHIRE hotel that’s said to offer new owners scope to build on an established business is up for sale.

Located on the outskirts of Perth, the Glencarse Hotel is described as a traditional inn that’s been “tastefully refurbished”; the property comprises a public bar with seating for 56, a 68-cover restaurant and a beer garden; there are also five en suite letting bedrooms and three-bedroom owner’s accommodation.
Christie & Co director Ken Sims, who is handling the sale, said: “This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operator to continue to build on the solid base that [current owners] David and Teresa Robinson have developed.”
