OPERATORS seeking to put their own stamp on a venue might be interested in an Ayrshire inn that’s come on to the books of Cornerstone.
The Loudon Hill Inn near Darvel is not currently trading but represents an “outstanding opportunity” for new owners, according to the agent.
The business comprises a 40-cover restaurant, lounge bar and three en suite letting bedrooms; there’s also a spacious owner’s flat.
“This is a property that has been priced to sell,” said Cornerstone director Derek Burgoyne.
“At £240,000 the lucky new owner will not only buy the fully-equipped and smartly-presented inn, but also the fairly recently-created adjacent visitor centre/cafe – also equipped to a very high standard. Funding may be available for suitable experienced buyers, making this a truly exciting proposition.”
