Head chef for new Luss hotel

A NEW Loch Lomond hotel has appointed its first head chef.

Peter Wilson joins the Loch Lomond Arms Hotel in Luss from Costley & Costley’s Ayrshire hotels Brig o’Doon and Lochgreen.
The refurbishment of the 14-bedroom hotel, due to open this month, has been carried out by local clan chief and landowner Sir Malcolm Colquhoun of Luss, chairman of Luss Estates Company.
