EDINBURGH’s George Hotel has been awarded a top customer service award.
The 249-bedroom George Street hotel, part of Principal Hayley’s portfolio, achieved a gold standard accreditation from BDRC Continental’s Venue Verdict, which is based on customer feedback.
“Everyone in the hotel has done a fantastic job on an ongoing basis,” said general manager David Welch.
