TWO Glasgow operators are combining brands with the launch of a new bar and nightclub in Aberdeen.

Campus owner Carlo Citti and Donald MacLeod, whose CPL firm owns the Garage and Tunnel nightclubs, are set to open The Garage and Campus in the former Warehouse and Bassment premises on Windmill Brae and Bridge Place on August 31.
In Glasgow the Garage and Campus sit just a few doors along from each other on Sauchiehall Street.
Citti and MacLeod are said to be investing £300,000 revamping the Aberdeen premises, which will employ 100 staff.
“We are looking forward to bringing our successful product to Aberdeen and are very confident that it will prove to be a success,” said Citti.
Andy Macpherson of property firm Ryden, which secured the 20-year lease for Citti and MacLeod, said: “The nightclub market has had it difficult over the last few years, but this is a very positive development by two long-standing operators with a proven format.”
