DRINKS brands ’popped up’ across the capital ahead of the launch of this year’s Edinburgh Fringe Festival earlier this month.
The firm behind Italian aperitif Aperol Spritz has created the Aperol Garden pop-up bar within the Spiegel Terrace opposite the Assembly Rooms on George Street.
The bar will be open daily until August 27 serving Aperol Spritz as well as Skyy vodka and Campari.
Meanwhile, catering firm Heritage Portfolio is again hosting a pop-up Pommery Champagne bar at the Signet Library, where it will pair Pommery with a range of different dishes.
