COMMERCIAL catering equipment manufacturer Lincat has launched a new range of robust, high capacity hot cupboards.
The new Panther range of hot cupboards comprises three product categories: 800 Series, 670 Series and Light Duty Series, and has been designed to offer greater versatility and flexibility with a wider choice of unit sizes, options and accessories.
The 800 and 670 series are available as mobile units supplied with castors and a robust push bar, or as static models with sturdy, adjustable legs.
Both series offer a choice of either plain or bain-marie tops. They also both feature fan assisted heating and accurate digital thermostatic control to deliver exceptional energy-efficiency, along with fully 1/1 GN compatible mirror stainless steel interiors. Removable doors and shelves also make the units easy to clean and very hygienic.
