Hats off to Hilton graduates

CELEBRITY chef Nick Nairn joined the celebrations earlier this month when the first batch of Scottish apprentices graduated from the Hilton Chef Academy.

The scheme, operated by Hilton Worldwide, sees apprentices provided with on-the-job training at 12 Hilton hotels across Scotland. By the end of the 12-month course the apprentices have gained an SVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery.
