THE owner of a city wine bar that takes its inspiration from France and Italy is aiming to bring even more of a continental flavour to Glasgow.
Darren Scott, of Boudoir in Merchant Square, has introduced a new wine and cocktail list that he hopes will remind customers of the bustling back street bars of Paris and Rome.
Scott said Boudoir serves wine with an “alternative approach” and offers a fresh concept “full of character and elegance with a vibrant heart”. Its eclectic selection include Champagnes, Italian sparkling wines and rosés, French and Italian reds and whites, as well as many other options from around the world.
