A WEST Calder pub offering potential to develop a food business has come onto the books of Bruce & Co.
The Commercial Inn currently derives most of its trade from wet sales, with hot food only served at weekends.
The property agent said there is ”excellent scope” to increase the food side of the business.
The business has a bar with pool table, dining area and beer garden; there’s also two-bedroom owner’s accommodation on the first floor.
