A NEW owner is sought for a recently-refurbished hotel in Grantown on Spey.
The Strathspey Hotel has three letting bedrooms, a bar, restaurant and fully-refurbished commercial kitchen.
ASG Commercial’s Paul Hart, who is marketing the property, described the business as a “thriving proposition for new owners to take forward”.
“This is potentially a great business which requires someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and vision,” he said.
Offers over £250,000 are sought, although ASG Commercial said a lease to buy offer would be considered.
