A NEW owner is sought for the Pentland Hotel in Thurso.
Property agent ASG Commercial is marketing the business on behalf of current owners Michael and Elizabeth Mancini, who plan to retire from the trade.
ASG’s Paul Hart said the 42-bedroom hotel has an “enviable” reputation and trading track record.
“The Pentland Hotel is a solid business and potentially a great investment for a strongly motivated team, be they family or a corporate body,” he said.
Offers over £950,000 are sought for the Pentland Hotel.
