A RESTAURANT in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park has come onto the books of property agent Christie & Co.
Locate in the shadow of the mountains, close to the village of Grantown on Spey, the Craggan Mill is described as an “atmospheric and well-presented” 32-cover restaurant.
Christie & Co’s Barry McNeil said: “I have known the owners, Graham and Sheila, for a very long time, after selling one of their previous businesses in Aberdeenshire.
“Naturally, I was delighted to be asked to sell Craggan Mill restaurant for them, so that they can pursue their developing career in cookery circles abroad.”
Offers over ÂŁ300,000 are sought for the freehold, although a lease-to-buy offer would be considered.
