CARLING owner Molson Coors has completed its acquisition of StarBev, brewer of Staropramen.
And it has paved the way for Mark Hunter, boss of the brewing giant’s UK and Ireland business, to head its newly-created Central Europe division.
The new business unit employs 4100, operates nine breweries and sells its brands in countries like the Czech Republic, Serbia and Croatia.
