A CLYDEBANK-based catering equipment supplier is set to introduce a five-day ‘pizza university course’ after the success of an initial two-day seminar in May.
Around 70 people attended the two-day forum, which was hosted by New Concept. Delegates learned about pizza making from Moretti Forni University lecturer Cristian Zaghini, who explained the roles played by yeast, flour, temperature and technique.
The five-day course will also take place at the New Concept showroom in Clydebank.
