A BAR in the Angus town where Peter Pan creator JM Barrie was born is up for sale.
The Ogilvy Bar in Kirriemuir is on the market as the current owners aim to retire from the trade.
The property has a large bar area with dance floor and has neutral decor with hard wood flooring throughout; there’s a two-bedroom owner’s flat above the pub.
Property agent Bruce & Co, which is marketing the Ogilvy Bar, said the current owners have built up a “thriving and profitable business”.
