Blue Dog reveals new tricks

THE operators of Glasgow late night bar Blue Dog have launched a new cocktail list in time for summer.

Cocktails on the new menu include A Bloody Moreish (a combination of Bombay Sapphire gin, Gabriel Boudier rhubarb liqueur, basil, mixed herbs, rhubarb & ginger jam, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and tomato juice) and Eva the Diva (a blend of Gabriel Boudier vine-ripened peach liqueur, Saint Germain elderflower liqueur, Fee Brothers grapefruit bitters and prosecco).
The new list was last week showcased at a special launch event in the bar, which first opened in 2003 and is run by the Baby Grand and Our Venues groups.
“We are passionate about what we do and we strive to continue to be better year upon year,” said Blue Dog manager Matthew Ronald.
“I’m proud to be involved in a venue that continues to evolve and improve.”
