NEW owners are sought for a Grangemouth hotel for the first time in 24 years.
On the market with Christie & Co, the Leapark Hotel has 48 en suite bedrooms, the Green Room restaurant, Treetops lounge bar, Patio bar and the Garden Suite function room.
