FOUR Moray licensees have been honoured for their contribution to the licensed trade by the local licensing forum.
Wilma McBain of the Grouse Inn in Cabrach, Joseph Brandie of the Fiddichside Inn in Craigellachie, Elsie McWhirter of the Spar store in Buckie and Catherine Longmore of Costcutter in Rothes are all over 80 and either still running premises or their families have had an establishment for more than 60 years which they continue to run. The four were presented with awards sponsored by Gordon & MacPhail at its Benromach distillery in Forres.
