Merchant aims to boost service

WINE merchant Bibendum has pledged to improve its customer service by streamlining its internal operations.

The company claims further efficiencies in IT and logistics will help it better meet its customers’ needs.
“At its heart, the project is simply about looking at how we get a bottle of wine from the producer to the customer as efficiently and effectively as possible, with the minimum of fuss,” said Bibendum MD Michael Saunders.
