A GLASGOW publican has urged operators to be on their guard against potential break-ins.
Doublet bar owner Alistair Don said his chargehand noticed the alarm contact panel was ripped from the door as she prepared to lock up on Saturday night. Don said the tactic, which ensures the alarm does not sound if tripped, was used in a spate of burglaries two years ago.
