A NEW York-style steakhouse has opened in Glasgow’s Merchant Square.
The Chophouse Brasserie is said to combine the atmosphere of 1920s and 1930s New York with the “contemporary tastes of today”. Owner Julie Walters said the new venue offers “quality food at an affordable price in a warm and welcoming atmosphere”.
“Serving only certified Angus beef steaks and local farm products, including veal, lamb and pork, our menu also includes fresh seafood,” she said. “We serve only the freshest vegetables available and offer an extensive wine list and local beers on tap.”
