A 57% uplift in its total cider business helped Suffolk-based producer Aspall post ‘record’ results in the three months to December 31.
Growth was driven by Aspall Draught Suffolk Cyder (keg and packaged format) and Aspall Premier Cru, with total sales up 65% and 35% respectively. Aspall’s on-trade sales were up 58% year-on-year, while off-trade sales rose by 44%.
