EDINBURGH venue No. 12 Picardy Place will open a new steak house this month, in the space of the former Green Room club.
The new restaurant, Steak @ No. 12, will sit alongside Mark Greenaway’s existing restaurant, which opened its doors last February, catering to a wider audience.
Jason Wright, formerly head chef at seafood restaurant Ondine, has joined No. 12 as head chef of the new restaurant.
Barrie Brown, managing director of Brown Taylor Management, the company behind No.12 Picardy Place, called the opening of the new restaurant “a natural development of the business as dictated by current trends”.
