The winners will be announced on Monday February 27 on the main stage at Hotelympia. The awards look at products across the catering sector that combine innovation with sustainability and time and money-saving features.
“We’ve obviously hit the market right with our new model,” says Lee Norton of Rational. “Demand has been staggering. We’ve increased production capacity by 40% to keep pace with incoming orders. The average production was around 180 units per day before we launched the new model. Right now we are manufacturing 250 units a day and our target is 275.”
