SCOTTISH beer firm Innis & Gunn has appointed David Cockburn as chief financial officer.
Cockburn, who amassed 19 years’ professional services experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers and latterly Grant Thornton, joins the board full-time, having advised the firm since its management buyout from Wm Grant in 2008.
Cockburn’s is the second appointment made by the firm since it announced plans to double its workforce in 2012, following the arrival of Lucy Cross as marketing manager.
“We have exciting growth plans and ambitions over the next ten years and the time was right to bring David into our business,” said I&G MD Dougal Sharp.
