OBAN Marina is up for sale after going into administration.
Located on the Isle of Kerrera, directly opposite Oban Harbour, the marina and boatyard has 115 serviced pontoons, with planning permission to add a further 90.
There are also 33 swinging moorings, an amenity block, boat sheds, a detached bungalow and a log cabin.
Bruce Murdoch of Graham & Sibbald, which is marketing the marina for administrators BDO, said: “We are already encouraged by the level of initial interest, which reflects the real potential of Oban Marina to continue to grow and serve the yachting community on the west coast of Scotland.”
