A COATBRIDGE restaurant that’s said to benefit from a mix of local and passing trade is up for sale.
Established by Vincent and Dina Conetta five years ago, Fratelli has a 190-cover bar and restaurant area and a function room that can accommodate 80 people.
The property, which was refurbished and extended to an “exacting standard” by the Conettas, also has an outdoor seating area and a large customer car park.
Jonathan Clough, associate director at Christie & Co, which is marketing the leasehold at offers over £160,000, said he expects the restaurant to attract a high level of interest from potential buyers.
