A HIGHLAND hotel with a raft of outdoor activities on its doorstep is up for sale.
Located on Grantown on Spey’s High Street, the recently-refurbished Strathspey Hotel is said to benefit from year-round trade thanks to the area’s reputation for skiing, fishing, golf and tourism.
The hotel has three letting bedrooms, a bar, restaurant and commercial kitchen.
ASG Commercial’s Heather Moorhead, who is handling the sale, said there’s scope for new owners to develop the business. “The Strathspey Hotel has the potential for a great business which presently demonstrates good levels of trade and requires someone with entrepreneurial spirit and vision to take forward,” she said.
Offers over £325,000 are sought but ASG said the owners would consider a lease to purchase arrangement.
