A GLASGOW restaurant is aiming to give its customers a new pizza the action.
Chefs at Trattoria Fanelli’s in Merchant Square are teaching aspiring chefs how to create a classic Italian style pizza, from creating and rolling the dough to the classic topping combinations.
Priced from ÂŁ26.50 per person, the class includes a demonstration of pizza making before diners get the chance to make, and eat, their own pizza with side orders of garlic bread and salad.
“Following a demonstration, participants in our pizza making classes will be able to put their skills to the test and roll their own dough, before choosing from a selection of delicious toppings,” said Fanelli’s manager Fiona Robertson.
