FLOW Hospitality, the training provider formed by Edinburgh bar and restaurant group Montpeliers, said demand for its online training services has “never been better”.
Director Karen Calvert said operators now acknowledge the importance of staff training.
“Most operators know they can’t rest on their laurels and customers are more discerning than ever about what they are spending their money on these days, expecting greater value for money in all areas,” she said.
