LUXURY Glasgow hotel Blythswood Square is reinforcing its reputation as a cocktail specialist with the launch of a new book.
The Blythswood Square Bar Book was compiled by head bartender, and reigning SLTN Mixologist of the Year, Mal Spence. The publication contains a collection of cocktail recipes, from popular and traditional mixes to new creations. The hotel claims to have served 90,000 cocktails since opening in November 2009.
