The Pennyghael Hotel is located on the shores of Loch Scridain on the main route between Craignure, where the Oban ferry docks, and Fionnphort, where there is a ferry link to the neighbouring island of Iona.
The hotel has six letting bedrooms, a residents’ lounge, a 20-cover dining room and owner’s accommodation. There are also three self-contained holiday letting cottages overlooking the loch.
Bell Ingram said the sale of Pennyghael offers a “fantastic opportunity to purchase a thriving business with a good mix of accommodation and food trade, which has potential to increase further”.
Offers over £495,000 are sought.
