AN island hotel that’s said to offer scope for expansion is up for grabs on the Isle of Mull with the sale of the Kinloch Hotel.
Located on the shores of Loch Scridain, the 18th century former drover’s inn has four letting bedrooms, a public bar, small restaurant and an owner’s flat.
Euan MacCrimmon of selling agent Bell Ingram said the business offers potential for further development. “The sale of the Kinloch Hotel provides a purchaser with a fantastic opportunity to acquire an extremely well-located business on the main road between Craignure and the Isle of Iona ferry,” he said. “The business provides excellent potential to run the property as a small hotel or guest house with the added possibility of increasing the bar and restaurant trade.”
Offers over ÂŁ325,000 are sought for the Kinloch Hotel.
