Available to its customers across the UK, Boutique Beers includes a range of different styles from brands like Duvel, Leffe, Liefmans, Budweiser Budvar, Erdinger, Alhambra and Kasteel Cru. The new range is supported by branded glassware and point-of-sale material, including back-bar displays and chalkboards.
Kathryn Sheppard, product controller for beer, cider and soft drinks at Matthew Clark, said Boutique Beers aims to help operators drive profit in what she said is a growing category. “The range has been specifically designed to enable outlets to establish a stand-alone category on a permanent basis or as a trial featuring different beers every month,” she said. “It is a great way of bringing new consumers into the world beer category, by highlighting new and exciting beers.”
