A DUNDEE hotel with a recently-refurbished bar and restaurant is on the market.
Located on Broughty Ferry Road, on the eastern edge of the city centre, the Craigtay Hotel has 17 en suite bedrooms and the refurbished Aubergine Restaurant and Grill Bar, as well as meeting and conference rooms. Colliers International’s Alistair Letham said the hotel enjoys a “healthy and regular” accommodation trade.
Offers around £350,000 are sought for the hotel.
