A HOTEL in the Cairngorms National Park is on the market after seven years under the same ownership
Penella Price and Gordon Waddell are selling the Deeside Hotel in Ballater, Aberdeenshire, to pursue another hotel project down south.
Set in its own grounds on the outskirts of Ballater, the hotel has nine letting bedrooms, a lounge, bar and conservatory restaurant; there’s also owner’s accommodation and a separate staff chalet.
Colliers International’s Alistair Letham said the business, which has a price tag of £675,000, is “exceptionally profitable”.
