A BREWERY in the north east of Scotland held its own referendum poll last week with special, limited-edition packaging for one of its beers.

Brewmeister, based in Keith, packaged its new craft lager in ‘Yes’ and ‘No Thanks’ bottles for one week and sold them through its website.
The brewery’s sales and marketing director, Lewis Shand, said the bottles were a “lighthearted way for customers to have their say on the subject as well as enjoying a great beer at the same time”.
The Yes bottle proved most popular with drinkers, selling 785 bottles compared to the 161 No Thanks bottles ordered through the site.
