THE Boutique Bar Show is set to make its Glasgow debut next month as the event returns to Scotland for the third year.
The show will take place in the Old Fruitmarket in Glasgow’s Merchant City, on October 23, after two years at Mansfield Traquair in Edinburgh.
It will again see a host of drinks brands and industry experts come together, alongside cocktail competitions, demonstrations and business sessions.
Following the success of last year’s ‘bartender to bar owner’ seminar, this year’s Boutique Business Talk will see a panel of experts offer future bar owners advice on topics ranging from finance and site selection to design and build.
Glasgow bartenders will defend their title in The Great Brugal Rumble, competing against teams from Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Newcastle, and there will also be a Luxardo Masters of Maraschino cocktail competition.
