Charity added into the mix

The Tree House

GOODWILL has been mixed into a cocktail at a bar and restaurant in Ayr after one of its bartenders created a drink that will help raise funds for the Ayrshire Hospice this summer.

Euan Duncan of Buzzworks Holdings-owned venue The Tree House came up with the Summer Fruits Cocktail, a gin-based cocktail that includes Chambord, lemon juice and tonic, with £1 from each serve sold going to the local charity.

Euan said: “Ayrshire Hospice is a cause close to our hearts at The Tree House, with many of us witnessing the great work they do.

“I created this cocktail as a light and refreshing option for summer and hope it will entice the taste buds of our customers and in turn raise a brilliant sum for charity.”

The cocktail will be available in The Tree House until the end of August.
